We recently had local doom dudes Black Temple Mass recording a few tracks here. They teamed up with Paul Rhodes who did the engineering duties. Paul has recorded and played under many names - check out his site Hobopope.com. He also runs Dusty Curtain Face Records where all of his current projects sit.

BTM are beginning to make a name for themselves around East Anglia and their heavy riffage will be hitting the Colchester Arts Centre on 4th October. It will be quite a night as Meadows (who"s EP was also recorded by Paul) and Shrine '69 amongst others are on the bill. No excuses, kids!

Can't wait to hear the new tracks...we"ll probably even stick one up on the media player for your listening pleasure.

Insertdrums goes live!
A great new site (and idea) has gone live recently. insertdrums.com is a service offering professional drum tracks for those that require tight rhythm's over their own tracks. With good rates and service they are definately worth checking out. We wish them luck!

We set up the RCF Sound System in The Arc, Bury St Edmunds for the Summer Fete on Saturday the 16th July. Unfortunately the rain persisted all day, but the system and artists sounded great.
This system is available to hire !! Go to PA Hire page for more details.
Our favourite band of the day were 'The Story Boys' - you can check them out at http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Story-Boys/119310214810336?sk=info
The sun even came out for them.. good work fellas!
Check out the tunes from local bands we've just stuck up our homepage media player . Bury shows off it's musical diversity with tracks from doom-metallers BLACK TEMPLE MASS, alt-rock from CURE CABALLO, melodic indie kids HARD ACTORS, agit-popsters THE BLACK SANDS, drone-dub (I may have just made that genre up!) courtesy of ZEN MASTERS, hazy, shoe-gazey electronica shenanigans from THE SOFT and prog-metalcore from MISDIRECT.
It's a great little taster from the Bury scene.
We're always after new tracks to put on the site, so if your band has a track to offer get in touch. Email an mp3 today!
Enjoy.
we hosted a birthday party for our good friend Joe Woodbury last Saturday night. Bands including (for 1 night only re-formed) A Horse Called War, Thames Burial and Joe's band William English laid waste to the big room - it's still in one piece, don't worry! Twas a great night. Check the vid below to see Thames Burial in action..
